STEVEN S K CHAN
Steven has been married to Michelle since 1981 and has 3 children, 2 sons-in-law, and a grandson. Steven has been walking with Jesus Christ for more than 40 years and, with his wife, has served in various church ministries across Singapore. Steven graduated with First Class Honors in Engineering from National University of Singapore (NUS) on a scholarship from the Singapore Armed Forces.
After 30 years in the professional workforce, Steven is now retired, having served as a Senior Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces, SVP, and Executive Director in various Singapore public-listed companies. He is a deacon at his home church and volunteers as a Director on the Board for Focus On The Family Singapore.

Since 2010, Steven and Michelle have been helping couples to strengthen and enjoy their marriages through speaking, mentoring, and marriage enrichment retreats. Additionally, Steven is engaged as a business advisor and executive coach to help leaders of SMEs.

GREGORY W. SLAYTON

Gregory has been married for more than twenty-five years to Marina and they have four children, ages 16 to 26. He graduated with honors from Dartmouth College and Harvard Business School and earned a master’s degree in Asian Studies as a U.S. Fulbright Scholar.
Gregory's background experience as a Silicon Valley CEO and venture capitalist, a senior US diplomat, and a distinguished visiting professor and lecturer at Harvard, Stanford, and Dartmouth in the USA and UIBE, Szechuan University, and Peking University in China. Gregory facilitated regional programs in Asia, Africa and Latin America for international non-profits such as World Vision International.

Gregory is the best-selling author of Be a Better Dad Today: Ten Tools Every Father Needs (BeABetterDadToday.com) and his wife, Marina, authored Be the Best Mom You Can Be: A Practical Guide to Raising Whole Children in a Broken Generation.
Together, the Slaytons founded the Fellowship of Fathers Foundation (FellowshipofFathersFoundation.org), which has provided the resources and founding of Family First Asia (www.familyfirstasia.org) in 2012. FFA has spread across East Asia with strong, local leadership teams in almost every east Asian nation. Under the FFA team’s and Gregory’s leadership FFA seeks to strengthen millions of fathers and mothers, marriages and families throughout Asia regardless of ethnicity, socio-economic background or religious heritage.
